Guideline

We recommend you reserve treatments at the spa reception area.
The spa reception is open from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm and from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
The wellness centre is open from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.
To get the most from your treatment, we recommend you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.
If you must cancel your appointment, please let us know at least one day prior. In the event of a late cancellation, your account will be debited.
Prior to any massage or body treatment a shower and removal of contact lenses is recommended.
Before or after any treatment we advise against direct contact with the sun.
If you shave before a treatment, we recommend it be done at least 2 hours prior.
Kindly arrive in the treatment area wearing a bathrobe. You will be given a one-use undergarment in the dressing room to put on before your treatment.
You are requested to leave your jewellery and accessories in the safe.
Please turn off cell phones during your treatment.
In the case of heart problems, diabetes, high blood pressure, pregnancy or any other health condition, kindly advise us prior to your treatment so we may advise you accordingly.
After every treatment we recommend a rest period and that you drink abundant water or an herbal tea.
